The Kirisun DP995 handheld radio offers traditional DMR radio features for professional users. It is particularly rugged and provides a remarkable runtime of up to 16 hours in digital mode with the supplied battery. In addition, it supports mixed-channel operation, where it can recognize analog and digital signals on a channel and automatically switch to the corresponding operating mode.

The DP995 enables automatic cell exchange (roaming) at all locations in multi-site systems.
Global Positioning System
The DP995 supports GPS positioning. In addition, the distance and position of other GPS-enabled radios can be determined in the DMR radio system.
